Selling Your Home Made Easy

Considering going Real Estate?

When trying to sell privately, we suggest giving it at least 6 weeks. There is a reason why real estate agents get you to sign a minimum 3 month contract when you list your home. Make sure you give a good go.

Before listing with an agent, drop your price to rock bottom. If you go through a real estate agent, you will need to increase your price to cover the commissions. If your home has not sold with the price you are asking, how will it sell with an increase in price?

We encounter many people who will list their home with an agent at a lower price than what was advertised on our site. This is WRONG!!! DO NOT list with an agent at a lower price than you are asking privately. First, drop your price to the lowest price you are willing to take.

But, there may be a point in time where you say enough is enough and no longer want to sell privately and decide to list with a real estate agent. It is CRUCIAL that you go through due diligence and choose the right agent. If you don't take your time to choose your agent, you will regret it…trust me. There are some good agents out there, but there are also some bad ones. Be picky when choosing.

Listing with a real estate agent does not mean that you have failed. Not everyone can sell privately. But your next step is very crucial in getting the most money out of your home.

Who lists with a real estate agent?

  • People who are in a hurry
  • People who are not able to sell it themselves
  • People who have already moved out of town
  • People that have no ambition to sell privately
  • People who have tried selling privately and are having trouble
